General: The map shows expungeable cases from 2015. This data is not complete! We are still in the process of loading more counties and adding cases from different court levels.
How To Use: Move the map and zoom to an area of the map. When ready click the "Load Cases" button in the bottom right. This will load new case data for the viewable map. Depending on your internet connection, this could take several seconds. The map will limit the number of cases to 4000. You can click on a pin to view more information about that particular case. To get a further breakdown of the cases displayed click "Category Breakdown" in the bottom right.

A defendant may petition for expungement if a guilty verdict was entered for a specified public nuisance crime under Criminal Procedure 10-105 (a)(9) and at least three years have passed since the conviction or satisfactory completion of probation, whichever is later, and is not now a defendant in a pending criminal action.
